MICHELLE – EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER, EDUCATIONAL LEADER AND DIRECTORMichelle

I joined St Peter’s Anglican Kindergarten in 2014 as the Educational Leader and the 4YO Group Teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and have been an Early Childhood Educator for over 20 years.
I have worked mainly in Kindergartens, with some experience in Child Care, Primary Schools and children with special needs.
I am passionate about guiding and teaching children to develop their independence, self-esteem, and confidence to best reach their potential and increase their desire to learn, in a fun, relaxed environment.
I enjoy quality time with my family, photography, good food and movies.

FRANCOISE (FRON) – EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

In October 2016, I joined the team at St Peter's Anglican Kindergarten as the 4YO Early Childhood Educator.

Having a background in an early intervention special school for autism for the last six years, I have a passion for treating children as individuals and helping them learn by being connected to community, family and a nurturing environment.

I hold a Certificate III in Children's Services and have completed a certificate in Integration Aide, and have recently enjoyed working in a community centre holiday program.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, photography, walking and spending time with my husband and two daughters.

 LEONIE – EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER

I recently joined the team in 2021 as a teacher for the 3YO group. I have been in Early Childhood Industry for sixteen years and have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood. I endeavour to inspire and ignite a passion for information and give every child the freedom to be well equipped for the challenges of lifelong learning. I am passionate and value the opportunity to provide young minds with the ability to learn new skills.

I like to spend time with my four children including two foster children and get some exercise by walking my excitable Labrador.

LU – EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

Lu

I am the Educator of 3YO group. I have been involved in child education for over 10 years, initially as a teacher in China before moving to Australia in 2012 with my family. I started working for St. Peter’s Anglican Kindergarten in 2013 whilst I was still studying my Certificate III, which I have completed along with my Diploma.

I enjoy working for St. Peter’s as it affords me the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge base of different cultures and children’s development. It’s wonderful to work with colleagues whose love for their work and the children in their care shines through in the quality of the programs offered, and in the interactions with the children throughout the day.
